Hello again!
Sporadically I have been writing, but keeping up with that and putting up the blog posts just wasn’t happening in this season of raising babies.
However…
Writing was so few and far between and with the little children’s stories being the easiest to write in this season of my life I thought – why not lean into this?
How better to use my writing to serve than to use it to bring joy to my kids.
Since me oldest was born I have loved making up little stories for him just off the top of my head while I’m driving or tucking him into bed.
My husband would see the price of children’s books and he kept telling me to write down those stories.
I never did.
But my son still asks for them.
So I think I will start recording them when I make them up for the boys and I’ll save them to a podcast. That way I have something for my kids to listen to when I’m not so available to tell stories and other people’s children can benefit from them too.

In the future I hope to have some Make Your Own Yoto card links for parents to use (a Yoto is a little device, looks like a radio met a rubic cube, that kids can listen to stories on. The stories are stored on cards and inserted into the Yoto Player). For now I will focus on building up the playlists on Spotify.
